“Twilight” by Stephenie Meyer

Don’t let the cover of this book fool you. It’s nothing like a fairytale. When Isabella Swan, the police chief’s daughter, moves in with him for a while, things in Forks get a little bit twisted. Suddenly Edward Cullen, the hottest boy in school, is talking to her and walking with her to class and giving her rides in his shiny new Volvo. The strange thing is that he keeps telling her that they shouldn’t be friends … for her own safety. Bella doesn’t listen to him and persists in her tries to become friends or maybe more. The question still stands though: Will being close to Edward Cullen really cost her life? Or is he just playing a joke on her for fun?
