“What Janie Found” by Caroline B. Cooney

SUMMER READING REVIEW!

FROM A KINNELON LIBRARY TEEN REVIEWER:

I liked this book. It's exciting to see what actually happens after a kidnapping. Also, it's interesting to see what happens to the family when the child gets returned to the right family.

TEEN LIBRARIAN'S NOTE:

"What Janie Found" is the final book in author Caroline Cooney's Jennie Spring / Janie Johnson series. The other books, in order, are "The Face on the Milk Carton," "Whatever Happened to Janie?" and "The Voice on the Radio."

    Re: another book

You never know! There was a ten-year gap between the first and fourth books, and the series as a whole remains very popular. According to the Teen Reads site, Caroline Cooney had no plans to write a follow-up to “The Face on the Milk Carton” until her daughter presented her with a great idea for a sequel. Like I said, you never know.

Thanks so much for your comment!
